J21/J23 series press maintenance and maintenance

1. Installation, commissioning and adjustment of the press

1, the installation of the press

(1) Water the foundation according to the foundation drawing (leaving the anchor bolt holes), and then install it after it is completely dry.

(2) Hang the press on the foundation smoothly, calibrate the workbench with a spirit level (requires a tolerance of 1000mm for a length of 0.2mm), then place the anchor bolts and perform secondary watering. After the cement is dried, tighten evenly. The nut of the anchor bolt, while recalibrating the level of the press table.

(3) After installation, carefully clean the anti-rust oil on the processing surface with kerosene and wipe it with cotton yarn, then apply a thin layer of lubricating oil; check whether the lubrication holes are smooth. Do not use sandpaper and metal objects to wipe the machined surface during the cleaning process, and prevent kerosene from spilling on the surface of the machine tool to avoid damaging the paint.

(4) There should be a certain space position around the press for easy operation and disassembly. The left side of the fuselage should be no less than 1.5m and the right side should be no less than 2m.

2. Test of the press

(1) Before the test, the relevant personnel must read the "Instructions for Use" in detail. Familiar with the structure and performance of the press.

(2) According to the relevant requirements of the lubrication part of the "Instruction Manual", fully lubricate the lubrication points of the press.

(3) Check whether the electrical system is damp, whether the insulation is reliable, and whether the electrical components are in the normal position. After the confirmation is correct, connect the power supply to check whether the circuit is correct and whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct.

(4) Check whether the bolts, screws and nuts of all fastening parts are tightened, then install the V-belt and pull the flywheel by hand to check whether the various parts of the press are running normally, especially the movement of the clutch and the operating part.

(5), start and immediately stop the motor, use the inertia of the flywheel to drive the slider up and down once. After confirming that all parts are running correctly, the motor can be started.

3, the adjustment of the press

(1) Adjustment of the gap between the slider and the guide rail

If the gap between the slider and the guide rail is inferior in accuracy or heat, jam, etc., the clearance must be adjusted; firstly loosen the compression bolt on the front of the guide rail, and then properly tighten or loosen the support bolt on the side; To ensure the life of the mold and the working precision of the press, the gap between the slider and the guide rail should be as small as possible, but it must be ensured that after the continuous idle rotation of the press for 2 hours, the surface temperature of the guide rail should not exceed 50 oc, the temperature rise should not exceed 15 oc, and there must be no card. Death or smoke.

(2), brake adjustment

If the crankshaft cannot be stopped at the position of ±5o above the starting point after the clutch is disengaged, or if there is a continuous impact sound of the key in the clutch and the sound is dull when the clutch is engaged, the brake adjustment spring should be properly adjusted. However, after the continuous idling of the press for 2 hours, the temperature of the brake band should not exceed 100 oc, and the temperature rise should not exceed 70 oc.

Second, the daily maintenance and maintenance of the press

1. Before the start of work

(1) The operator must be trained before holding the job and hold the operation permit before being allowed to work. The operator must strictly abide by the safe operation procedures of the stamper.

(2) Wear the overalls and check whether there are any items unrelated to the work in the workplace and on the workbench; except for the operators, mechanics and molders, other people may not enter the work area without authorization.

(3) Check the lubrication of each part and make the lubrication points fully lubricated.

(4) Check whether the mold installation is correct and reliable, and there are no cracks or gaps on the cutting edge.

(5) After confirming that the flywheel and the clutch are disengaged, the motor can be started, and whether the rotation direction is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the gear guard.

(6) Try several empty runs and check whether the brakes, safety devices, operating mechanisms, clutches and electrical parts are flexible, coordinated, accurate and reliable.

2, at work

(1) It should be lubricated at regular intervals and at fixed points.

(2) It is absolutely forbidden to punch two blanks at the same time.

(3) Do not adjust the press at will.

(4) No overlapping blanks are allowed on the die

(5) When the press is working, it is strictly forbidden to reach the die.

(6) When pressing small parts, use safety tools to avoid injury.

3, after the work is completed

(1) Disengage the clutch, stop the motor, and turn off the main power.

(2) Remove the workpieces and debris from the workbench and other parts.

(3) Clean the workplace.

Third, the technical security of the press

In addition to the above-mentioned “daily maintenance”, the operation of the press and related personnel should ensure the safety and reliability of the press. The following rules must also be absolutely observed:

(1) It is strictly forbidden to use the press with overload.

(2) It is strictly forbidden to work beyond the scope of the press.

(3) It is strictly forbidden to add padding to work if the safety block is damaged.

(4) It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the protective cover and other protective devices.

(5) It is strictly forbidden to install or adjust the mold with the power switch turned on.

(6) It is strictly forbidden to clean, wipe the press and lubricate the machine during the work process.

(7) It is strictly forbidden to extend any part of the hand or body into the die when the press is working.

(8) It is strictly forbidden to correct the position of the blank in the die after pressing the operation switch or stepping on the foot switch.

(9) It is strictly forbidden to continue using the abnormality of the press mechanism or the abnormal sound of the press.
