J21 series open type fixed table press belongs to the national standard general-purpose press. The fuselage adopts integral casting or steel plate welding body, rigid clutch, 63T and above adopt spring-type balance cylinder, and the work is stable and reliable. Among them, the 125T and above models use rectangular guide rails, which can improve the guiding precision and die life of the machine tool. Above 35B, the rod type double-turn key clutch structure and our company's new patent technology are mainly used.
1. The double-turn key clutch structure is adopted, and the work key and the auxiliary key are simultaneously completed by the clutch, which can effectively prevent the rebound, and is more suitable for the stamping process such as stretching and molding.

The technology converts the work key handle, the auxiliary key handle and the connecting plate drive in the original four-bar linkage mechanism into the key handle gear transmission, so that the transmission is smooth and compact, and the work key can be avoided due to the unsynchronization of the work key and the auxiliary key. The breakage greatly reduces the failure rate of the clutch portion. In the original structure, the dead point position often occurs during the operation, and the jamming phenomenon occurs, which affects the normal operation of the machine.
4. The thickness of the copper sleeve of each bearing part is made according to the old standard, which effectively protects the heat dissipation of each part and improves the service life of the copper sleeve.
