Two ways of machine spindle maintenance and points of attention

Here we must talk about the maintenance of the spindle. The maintenance of the spindle of the machine tool is mainly to reduce the working temperature of the bearing. The method often used is lubricating oil. Lubrication methods include oil and gas lubrication and oil circulation lubrication. Pay attention to the following points when using these two methods:

1. When using oil circulation lubrication, ensure that the oil volume of the spindle constant temperature tank is sufficient.

2. The oil and gas lubrication method is just the opposite of the oil circulation lubrication. It only needs to fill 10% of the bearing space capacity.

The advantage of the circulating lubrication is that friction heating can be reduced while the lubrication is satisfied, and a part of the heat of the spindle assembly can be absorbed. There are also two types of lubrication for the lubrication of the main shaft: oil mist lubrication and injection lubrication.
