How to maintain the metal band sawing machine?

In order to maintain the good condition of the sawing machine, the metal band sawing machine needs to be regularly maintained. After the daily work is completed, the iron filings collected on the machine are removed. Stop the saw band, turn on the cooling water switch, and clean the table with a cooling water spray gun. When the cleaning is complete, lower the saw to the lowest position.

1. Daily maintenance

Before operating the metal band saw, check according to the following procedures:

1.1 Check the hydraulic oil gauge, does the hydraulic oil exceed the L red line? When the hydraulic oil is lower than the L red line, it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of 32 anti-wear hydraulic oil, which can be over the red line;

1.2 Check whether the coolant water meter exceeds the red line. When the cooling water is lower than the L red line, it is necessary to add appropriate cooling water; 1.3 Check whether the saw belt is located between the left and right saw pulleys and the front and rear tungsten steel guides;

1.4 Check if the wire brush is at the root of the sawtooth;

1.5 pairs of bed movable clamp rails plus mechanical oil;

1.6 pairs of feed bed table floating clamp rail plus mechanical oil;

2. Monthly maintenance

2.1 Tension slider grease nozzle with grease gun injection grease

2.2 Passive wheel filling nozzle with grease gun to inject grease

2.3 Active wheel filling nozzle with grease gun to inject grease

2.4 steel brush transmission seat grease nozzle with grease gun injection grease

2.5 gearbox 2 grease fittings with grease gun injection grease

3 months of maintenance

The new metal band sawing machine was used for 6 months at the beginning. To keep the sawing machine in good working condition, please replace it:

3.1 Gearbox gear oil

4 annual maintenance

The metal band sawing machine is used for one year. To keep the sawing machine in good working condition, please replace it:
